These calculators give rough planning numbers. They are not surveys, engineering, or bids. Don't use them to set grades, size retaining walls, design drainage, or sign contracts. Hire a licensed surveyor or engineer and get contractor quotes for that.
Data limits
Terrain comes from public lidar that may be several years old. It won't show grading, fill, or buildings added since it was flown, and it's less accurate under dense vegetation. Default prices are rough U.S. ranges, not local quotes.
